For My Granny

My Granny is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She is the most kind, caring, and sweetest individual. She will do anything to help anyone, no matter what. She has helped our family in so many ways and she has always been there for us. I don't know what I would have done in life without her. She is just the greatest! This year has been a rough year for her. Back in March, she lost her boyfriend of 4 years to lung cancer. About 10 years ago, we lost my grandpa to brain cancer. Just a few short weeks ago, my dear Granny found out that she has breast cancer. It is just so sad to me that someone so sweet can be struck by cancer so many times in such a short amount of time. Tomorrow, she will have surgery to remove the cancer. As of right now, they are not planning to take the whole breast but I believe they are going to do more tests to be sure that the cancer has not spread. So, please say a prayer for my Granny that everything will go well tomorrow and that God will guide the hands of the surgeons. We hope and pray that after the surgery and a few doses of radiation, that she will be well again.
