more tball

Aliyah had a make-up tball game tonight.

Apparently a make-up game to a 5-year-old means you wear make-up to the game....LOL. She kept asking me if I was going to put make-up on her and I finally realized why she was asking that. I then explained what a make-up game is ;)

I think she had 5 games cancelled due to rain and this was the only game that they get to make-up. Such a bummer. Aliyah's coach tried to schedule make-up games with all the teams we didn't get to play but none of them wanted to reschedule, other than the team they played tonight. Tomorrow night is the last game of the season. I can honestly say that Aliyah has had a blast with tball. She loves it. Next up is soccer in the fall. I can't wait to see how that goes =). Aliyah is such a well rounded kid....tumbling, swimming, tball, and soccer. Makes it difficult to guess what she might be when she's all grown up.

She did really good at hitting the ball tonight. She usually takes 2 or 3 swings but tonight she was hitting the ball with only 1 or 2 swings. Yay!!

My Granny came to the game tonight and she brought her dog. Kinsley loves doggies and Granny's doggie is no different. He was blessed with a little love from Kinsley today.

Kinsley has another obsession with purses. She got ahold of Aunt Stephie's purse and she didn't let go of it until right before the end of the game. She loves to carry purses around the house and if you leave your purse within her reach and unattended, you will be picking up all of its contents from the floor ;)

She even slung it over her shoulder. She is going to be one expensive teenager. I can see her closet FULL of purses and shoes.

Poor Miss Kinsley got really tired and cranky. It was a later game than usual and Kinsley was ready for bed.
