Kinsley has been spitting up so much that I would call it throwing up. She's been doing it for several weeks now. At first, she didn't even spit up. I've waited to take her to the doctor b/c I was pretty sure she was still gaining weight and she's never fussy so I thought I would wait to see if it went away. It actually seems to be getting worse instead of better so I decided to take her to the doctor last Friday to at least get a weight check, if nothing else. Turns out, she's gaining weight just fine. She weighs 16 lbs 8 oz!! The doctor didn't hesitate to tell me several times that Kinsley is WAAYYYY off the charts. She didn't say exactly how far off the charts she is. I haven't looked at Aliyah's baby book but I'm pretty sure Kinsley has her beat for weight at 3 months. She wasn't too concerned about her throwing up. She thinks she is just overeating. I was told to feed her 10 minutes on each side instead of 12-15 minutes on each side and make her go at least 2 hours between feedings. Sometimes Kinsley is ok with that and other times she is not happy about it. She is still throwing up but we are going back tomorrow to check her weight again and I guess we will see what they say tomorrow. I really hope she doesn't have GERD or something like that.
For now, here she is in all her chubby gloriness sporting her first tiny ponytail =)
