Family Time

In leiu of all my recent grouchy posts, I'm finally going to post something fun and happy....WITH PICTURES!!! =). Of course, I still don't have my laptop so there is minimal proofing done to these pictures. I am also not watermarking them b/c I don't have my watermark. I'm trusting those that have permission to read my blog not to steal any of these photos without my permission.

We skipped out on soccer practice tonight to enjoy the nice weather and to do some fun stuff. Aliyah isn't liking soccer and we're getting tired of dragging her to practice only for her to pick the grass or do cartwheels on the field, instead of whatever it is she is supposed to be doing. I have not let her quit anything yet b/c I feel like she needs to finish what she starts but I'm rethinking this whole soccer thing. I think we'll see how she does the first game and then go from there. If she's out there doing cartwheels and picking grass during the game, then I think we'll call it quits on this one. She's just not into it. She was extremely dissapointed the first practice when she found out that her tball coach is not her soccer coach. I don't know if that has anything to do with her attitude towards soccer or not, but I wonder. She loved her tball coach. Oh, and the games are bright and early on Saturday mornings...not my idea of a fun Saturday morning. We like to sleep in ;)

So, instead of soccer practice tonight we went and fed the fishies and took the girls to a park. Then we all came home and had some yummy ice cream...in bowls b/c Mommy forgot the cones at the store today....bad Mommy!

The fish attack as soon as you walk up on the dock. They know what's coming....LOL!

We had to really watch Kinsley b/c she really wanted to jump right in the water with all the fishies. And she was mad that we wouldn't let her. That girl is scared of NOTHING, I tell you!!

We took a 4 lb bag of dog food and Aliyah had it gone within 5 minutes.

Then it was off to the park.

I chased her and chased her to get some pictures of her and she just kept running from me so I finally grabbed her and told her I wasn't letting go until she looked at me. This is what I got....sigh...

Kinsley loved climbing. Brandon was sticking his fingers through the holes and Kinsley thought it was the funniest thing ever!

She would climb up all by herself and go down the slide all by herself. Such a big girl!

Little Miss Elusive...

I got lots of great eye contact from Miss Kins though.

Even Daddy got to monkey around ;)

And to top off all those awesome pictures, here's a video of Kinsley during our ice cream. She sure did enjoy the ice cream...
