She was not thrilled with me taking pictures of her while she was thinking hard ;)

Here is her final product. Those are turtles at the top of the page and her sentence says "I see turtles at the zoo all the time." She actually loves doing homework. Too bad that won't last through her whole academic career...

After Aliyah was done with her homework, we got ready to go out to eat for Brandon's brother's bday. I got Kinsley dressed first and then got myself ready. After I got ready, I came into the living room and found this.

I'm not really sure why, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that picture. I love that both of my girls love books so much. Kinsley will already sit down with a book and "read" it. Cutest thing ever! She was looking at the book, but by the time I grabbed my camera, the TV caught her attention. Once she noticed me with the camera, she was up and running from me.
She actually ran to me for a split second and I was lucky enough to capture this one!

Then I got lucky and caught her doing the deed. One of the few times that she is still is when she's poopin'. Can you see it in her face? LOL!

Whatever was on TV must have been pretty interesting b/c she stayed there for several minutes. I can't believe how big she looks in this one. Where did my baby go?!

Saturday, Aliyah had a friend over most of the day but I took advantage and tried to get things done around the house and therefore got no pictures of them playing. I regret it now b/c they tattooed themselves crazy and I really wish I had gotten pictures of it. Kickin' myself!
We took the girls swimming this morning and Kinsley must have just worn herself out b/c she took a really long nap today. While Kinsley was sleeping, Aliyah did this. Love her imagination and that she can play happily by herself =).

Oh, and Friday evening Miss Ailyah lost her second tooth. I realized today that I didn't get pictures of the first tooth she lost. Kickin' myself again! Since I had all those computer issues, I've been really bad about picking up my camera and I need to work on that. I hate when I miss big moments!

It's almost 11:30 pm and I need to get my booty to bed. Going with Aliyah in the morning for a field trip. I better get some rest to keep up with all those kindergarteners!
But first, I want to share this verse that I came across tonight.
"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." ~Matthew 6:34
Isn't that so very true? I need to repeat this to myself several times during each day. Night!
