sick baby

Kinsley and I both had a doctor's appt yesterday morning. Me, an OB check and Kinsley, her 15-month checkup. My appt went well and my ultrasound is scheduled for Nov 4 =) Kinsley's appt didn't go so well. She fussed while getting weighed and when the dr went to look in her ears and mouth, she lost it. It was so unlike her. Next thing I know, the dr says "both of her ears are really red." At that point, I felt like a bad mother. I mean she's had a little bit of a runny nose since last week but so has Aliyah and I. Kinsley hasn't been running a fever, she's been sleeping and eating. I left her twice on Monday. Once with my mom in the morning and then with Brandon in the evening and both times, she fussed and cried off and on the whole time I was gone. When I got home Monday night, Brandon said she sat on his lap quietly for 30 minutes straight! I asked him if he drugged her. Of course he didn't but she doesn't sit for 30 seconds, let alone 30 minutes!! But once I found out she had a double ear infection, that made sense. Today was pretty bad. She cried half the day and she is SOOO clingy to me right now. I feel bad for her =( However, she weighed in at 30 lbs 3 oz (still off the charts ;) and 32 inches tall (95th percentile). So, she's still growing...
