Princess Aliyah turns 5!

We celebrated Aliyah's birthday on Saturday with a Princess party. She had a blast and got lots of cool stuff (that is still strung from one end of our house to the other).

These were the party favor bags that I made. I got the princess wands at Michaels, added Aliyah's picture, some glitter glue, and curly ribbon.

Aliyah got a princess cookbook for Christmas and there is a pink princess cake in it that she had to have for her birthday. I did my best...

There was supposed to be a princess tiara on top but it didn't make it there.

All the little princesses.

She had to have a pinata.

Daddy had to help the candy come out. It was packed full of lots of goodies!!

My favorite part is watching all the kids scramble to get all the goods.

I was still feeling pretty crummy on Saturday from having the flu the night before so I didn't take near as many pictures as I normally do. Daddy actually had the camera more than I did.
I just can't believe that our "baby" is already 5 years old. Before we know it, she will have a set of keys in her hands....look out!!
