sick baby

Brandon and I had an awesome time this weekend celebrating our birthdays but I will have to blog about that later b/c our baby girl sick.  She is just miserable.  She woke up yesterday morning with a fever.  She did nothing but want to be held.  She won't play at all.  I took her to the dr this morning and her ears and throat were clear and since she has no other symptoms aside from a runny nose, we were sent to the hospital for a chest xray, blood work, and a urine test.  You ever tried to get pee out of a 10-month-old?  It's impossible.  At least for us.  We have to go and try that again tomorrow.  Her xray was clear.  Her blood work came back showing an increase in her white blood cells which means she has some kind of infection, we just don't know what or where.  Hopefully they figure something out tomorrow.

Doesn't she just look pitiful?  I just hope I get more than 2 hours of sleep tonight b/c this Momma needs some sleep and so does she.
