A visit with a VERY missed friend

We got the opportunity to eat lunch with a very missed friend today. Cindy is one of my very good friend's from college. I was very sad when Brandon and I moved back to our hometown b/c that put a 1 hour distance between Cindy and I. We hung out on a daily basis. We had so much fun together. I knew I wouldn't see her very much at all after we moved and I was right. I get to see Cindy 2-3 times a year now and I miss her dearly. We stay in touch as much as possible but we are both very busy people and that makes it tough. Cindy is in grad school for psychology and she works full-time so she is extremely busy. All I can say is I just miss her and I'm so glad we got to see each other today. Oh, and I finally got to meet her boyfriend, Jordan, after almost 2 years, I think. He's a great guy.

I got a few quick pictures after we ate lunch. These are all out of focus in spots but I still love them. Sometimes its more about the meaning of the picture rather than the picture being technically perfect and this is just one of those times. I love how this picture of Cindy turned out. She's just gorgeous!


Aliyah loves Cindy!! Cindy always gives Aliyah piggy-back rides or horsey-rides and Aliyah just loves it! She's always sad when Aunt Cinny leaves and she talks about her for several days. You can see how much Aliyah loves her Aunt Cinny in these two pictures.




Cindy - we miss you and love you!! We have to get together more often than 2-3 times a year! And Jordan - it was great to finally meet you after hearing about you for so long...it was all good, I promise ;)
