10 on Tuesday

1. I had an ultrasound today and baby looks great! She's a porker already, weighing 6 lbs 10 oz and I have FIVE more weeks to go! Apparently growth at this stage is normal between 10% and 90%, and our baby girl measured 89.83%!!! Dr is a little concerned. He said we'll just have to monitor things and of course told me to watch my diet. No sugar or carbs, lots of fats. Yuck! He plans to start checking me at 36 weeks, which is Monday and he's hoping to jump start labor early on its own. Won't happen but hey, he can try.

2. I showed Aliyah the ultrasound pictures after she got home from school today. She could tell what most of them are and she said "aww, she's cute...but not in those pictures." LOL! Such honesty, huh?

3. I still need to get all the baby clothes out and pack our hospital bags. At least the car seat is ready to go.

4. I won this really cute tutu at the photography workshop I went to over the weekend. Of course, Aliyah thought it was hers and wouldn't take it off. She ended up leaving it in the bathroom. Thankfully the hostess is going to mail it to me.

5. I'm in love with that grey seamless. I'm going to have to get some...soon!

6. Aliyah lost her tooth while we were eating Friday night. Actually, Brandon pulled it out. She knew she was going to be modeling on Saturday and she immediately told me "I'm not getting pictures taken with my tooth hole!" She calls it her tooth hole...lol. As you can see, I won that argument and I'm glad I did. I love her toothless smile!

7. This is gross but Kinsley woke up this morning with dried puke all over her bed. Poor girl must have coughed so hard, she puked. And she didn't even wake up. I threw her in the tub and all her blankets in the wash right away. Not exactly what I wanted to wake up to.

8. I really want to learn to crochet again (I used to be able to back in middle school) so I can make cute little baby hats. I just need to find the time to sit down and relearn.

9. We did nothing but lay around Sunday and Monday, (well except for going to the dr yesterday) and it kicked my butt this morning. I do good enough to keep up with the daily household chores but when I let them go for 2 days, it's not good! I'm still not caught up.

10. Aliyah was sitting next to me on the couch tonight eating her bedtime snack when Kinsley spilled hers all over Aliyah. I reached over Aliyah to pick up the mess and accidently bumped her cup as she was taking a drink. It knocked that other tooth right out! She was SOOOO excited!! Now she has a double tooth hole ;-).
